Durham is one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States and there is a subdivision for everyone regardless of age, economic status, or occupation. Amongst the top-rated neighborhoods in the city is Downtown Durham, where Cortland Bull City is located. Exploding with economic growth, Downtown Durham is the backbone of the city and a place many young professionals, young families, and older adults call home.
When searching for a new place to call home your safety and security are likely top priorities. Take the time to visit your potential home and walk the surrounding area. While doing so be sure to keep these things in mind: crime may be less likely to occur in a well-lit area, are you going to be able to park near your home, and areas with good community upkeep tend to have better security measures in place. If something feels "off," it's likely worth considering.

Aquarium tanks larger than 50 gallons, non-domestic animals, venomous animals, and exotic pets are not allowed.
